ICPC Preliminary Registration 2025

Attention NSUers! With excitement in the air and programming spirits soaring, the preliminary stage for ICPC is approaching soon. If you’re eager to take on this thrilling challenge, now’s the time to gear up and make your mark.

👥 Form Your Team

Assemble a team of three eligible members (refer to the eligibility section below for details).

🌐 Get Your ICPC ID

Head over to the ICPC Global website to create your personal ICPC ID.

Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Go to the ICPC Global website.
  2. If you already have an account, skip to step 3. Otherwise, click Sign Up.
  3. Enter your email address as the username.
  4. Create a password.
  5. Verify your email address using the code sent to you.
  6. Log in with your credentials.
  7. Complete all sections of your profile with accurate information.
  8. Navigate to your profile (top right corner) and ensure all details are filled out properly.

📝 Note: You will only register your personal ICPC ID at the ICPC Global website.
Your team registration will be handled by a faculty member after you fill out the NSUPS form. NSUPS will take care of this part.

🎓 Eligibility

Eligibility details are available on the official ICPC website, but here’s a quick summary for NSU students:

To be eligible, you must:

  • Be enrolled in a degree program at NSU.
  • And either:
    • Be born in 2002 or later, or
    • Have started post-secondary education in 2021 or later.

Whichever criterion favors your eligibility will apply.

  • Registration Deadline: 20 October 2025
  • Registration Fee: FREE
  • Date and Time: November 15, 2025 (Saturday)
  • Venue: NSU Library Building (exact location to be announced later)

⚠️ All participants must be present at the NSU campus for the preliminary round.
